Acceptable, but far from perfect
missing tv poor soundproofing
The service at reception was accommodating enough. I did appreciate that.
My room did not match the descriptions I saw online. The description mentioned features like a tv and soundproofing, but these were absent. Instead, I found myself in a cubicle that lacked a ceiling, meaning I could hear everything going on around me.

convenient transit stay!
great location included meals
The location was excellent, very close to shops. the included meals were appreciated since i had a red-eye layover. i was able to shower, eat, and relax in the lounge. It made the layover very manageable.

food variety friendly staff loud noise guest noise
the food selection had a nice variety. both food and drinks tasted great. staff members were always friendly
i could hear a lot of noise, particularly from other guests. i woke up at 2am because someone was opening and closing drawers for a long time

the staff was helpful. the facilities were super clean. but the room was super nice
The noise traveled easily due to the softboard partitions between cubicles. Every little sound could be heard.
